About the Executive Team
NEACOL's executive team handles the day-to-day operations of the organization, supporting both the Board of Directors and the volunteer committees. These roles ensure NEACOL operates efficiently, transparently, and in line with its mission.
Treasurer
Currently: Juan G. Pardo- Manages all financial accounts, budgets, and transactions of the organization.
- Prepares monthly and annual financial statements for the Board.
- Coordinates with the external CPA for annual tax filings (Form 990) and financial audits.
- Reviews all grant disbursements and ensures proper documentation.
- Supports fundraising committees with financial projections and reporting.
- Maintains compliance with Massachusetts nonprofit regulations and IRS requirements.
Operations Manager
Currently: Natalia Torres- Oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of NEACOL.
- Coordinates communications between the Board, committees, and external partners.
- Manages organizational records, documentation, and processes.
- Supports committee chairs with logistics, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Assists with grant administration, project tracking, and grantee communications.
- Helps onboard and orient new volunteers to NEACOL's systems and culture.
